This product is fantastic I suffer from OA, and have had a Complete Right Knee Replacement ; plus bones are slowly giving out. I take 2 a day and they help with the pain. Living in Alberta (the saying here is wait 5 mins. and the weather changes, not good for me), so when this happens I do have to take more just til the weather pattern straightens out and I only take 2 capsules more. Then I go back to my 2 capsules a day. Thank You you are a life saver for me I can finally do all the normal things I used to do. Jackie
