Direction & Dosage

Initial dosing: Take two (2) capsules three times daily at the beginning of meals until significant relief is achieved, then reduce as appropriate. Maintenance: Two (2) capsules daily; for known trigger foods, take 1–2 capsules before that meal.

The best supplement for IBS that I’ve tried

Atrantíl made an amazing difference right at the start; I had less bloating, almost none for a while, and was no longer constipated.
However there were complications; I usually use a probiotic to help with IBS, and at the same time, it was protecting me from thrush from using steroid puffer. So I did get thrush when I stopped the probiotic, now cleared up with nystatin. I needed to go back to taking probiotics.
