Directions (Adults)

Take three (3) capsules, two (2) times per day with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. For optimal results, take plenty of fibre and probiotics.

Digestion & IBS is used in Herbal Medicine to aid digestion and help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia.
