By slowing the digestion and absorption of carbs and sugars, it helps the body manage post-meal glycemic stress as part of a daily routine.

Adults: 2 capsules, once or twice daily. Do not exceed twice daily. Take 30 minutes before a starch-containing or high glycemic index meal with a glass of water.
