Efamol Evening Primrose Oil 500mg 180 Capsules
Adults and children 12 years plus: Take 6–8 capsules per day in divided doses with food or drink.
Children 1–11 years: Take 4–6 capsules per day in divided doses with food or drink. For improving skin properties, adults take 3 capsules twice daily with meals for at least 3 months.
