Flora Efamol Evening Primrose Oil 500 mg provides linoleic acid, gamma-linolenic acid, and vitamin E to support skin health. It helps improve skin moisture, elasticity, firmness, and roughness and may relieve dry, itchy skin associated with atopic eczema.

Linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid are naturally provided by the evening primrose oil. Amounts are listed per softgel capsule.
Non-medicinal ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, liquid sorbitol (sorbitol solution), simethicone, soya oil.
Efamol Evening Primrose Oil 500mg 90 Capsules
Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: Take 6–8 capsules daily in divided doses with food or drink.
Children 1–11 years: Take 4–6 capsules daily in divided doses with food or drink.
For children under 8 years, empty the capsule contents and mix with food or formula. After 4–6 months, a maintenance dose of 2–4 capsules daily may be sufficient.
To improve skin properties, adults should take 3 capsules twice daily with meals for at least 3 months.
