Direction & Dosage

Flora Super Adult Probiotic - 120 Veg Capsules

Take 1-3 capsules daily, with or after meals.

Caution & Warning: Always keep refrigerated. At your local health food store or supermarket, you will always find it in the cooler. Refrigeration ensures maximum potency and stability of live bacterial cells, and guarantees number of cells listed at date of expiration on the label. Freeze to increase stability and prolong potency. For each day without refrigeration (at room temperature), about 1% of the viable cells will be lost.
