Flora Swedenbitters Dry Herbs 35g
To prepare the tincture, empty the contents of the 35 g package into a wide-necked bottle containing 750 mL (3 cups) of vodka. Shake daily and, after 8 days, strain through clean cheesecloth or a fine mesh.
Adults: Shake before use. Dilute 1 teaspoon (5 mL) in water or herbal tea and take once in the morning and once in the evening.
