Children (1–5 years): Add 1 heaped scoop (1.25 g) to water, milk, yogurt, applesauce, cereal, etc., once daily with a meal. Ensure it’s taken at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions: Do not use if immune-compromised or allergic to milk. Consult a healthcare practitioner if the child is on blood thinners, or has nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue and consult if digestive upset persists or worsens beyond 3 days, or if allergic reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children.
