So many benefits!

I’ve been using Super EFA with Plant Sterols for many years. In my opinion, it is a great product if you want to reduce inflammation in your body, lower cholesterol etc. It was recommended to me by my naturopathic doctor and I am so glad I followed her advice. Always check with a doctor if you have health issues and/or are on medications eg fish oil is a blood thinner so likely should not be used if you are already on a blood thinner. In my 50’s I would often have discomfort in my limbs, especially rising after being seated for awhile. After using this supplement for a few weeks, the aches and pains disappeared. Not just any fish oil will do - you need to have a certain amount of EPA daily in order to realize the benefits. This one fits the bill for me.
