Genestra Super EFA Liquid – Natural Orange Flavor provides fish oil in natural triglyceride form with EPA and DHA. It supports cardiovascular and cognitive health and contains fish from anchovy and sardine.

820 mg of EPA and 590 mg of DHA per teaspoon

Super EFA Liquid provides 1410 mg of EPA and DHA per teaspoon serving, and has an EPA:DHA ratio of 1.3:1, which is ideal for helping to reduce serum triglyceride levels. In a placebo-controlled clinical trial of 312 healthy adults, daily supplementation with 1800 mg of EPA and DHA (in a 1.5:1 ratio) for 1 year reduced serum triglyceride levels by 16.5%.2
