Preparation: Place desired amount of clay in a non-metal container; mix with water and let stand briefly; adjust water or clay as needed and homogenize with a wooden spatula.
Face mask (normal/oily): apply thick layer to face/neck avoiding eyes/lips; leave 10–15 minutes; never let dry; rinse with lukewarm water; dry and moisturize.
Plaster/poultice: apply 2–3 cm layer directly on skin or on a thin compress; secure with a bandage; leave 2–3 hours; never let dry; discard clay and rinse skin.
Bath: add 300 g to bathwater; soak 20 minutes.
Clay water: add 1–2 tsp to a glass of spring or distilled water; mix with a non-metal spatula; let rest overnight; use the water only.
