Soothing bath: Dissolve 1 cup, or desired amount, in warm water and soak for 20–30 minutes, then rinse.
Rejuvenating scrub: Mix equal parts flakes and bath wash, gently massage onto skin and rinse.
Foot soak: Dissolve 1/2 cup in warm water and soak feet for 20–30 minutes, then rinse. For external use only.
