Suggested Use: Adults—take one capsule two to three times daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use if you have liver disease, iron deficiency, diabetes, hypoglycemia, hypertension, leukemia, or are taking medications (e.g., cyclosporine, antidiabetic medications, or other supplements). Discontinue use and seek medical advice if symptoms of liver dysfunction occur (e.g., jaundice, dark urine, abdominal pain, nausea, fatigue). May cause digestive upset including constipation or diarrhea—if so, discontinue use. Rare cases of liver injury have been associated with green tea extract products. Do not use beyond 3 months without professional guidance. Keep out of reach of children and store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.
