Direction & Dosage

Metagenics Blisphora 30 Tablets

Suggested Use: Adults—take one tablet daily on an empty stomach with water, 30 minutes before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Cautions: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have high homocysteine levels. Avoid use at night—may cause restlessness, anxiety, or insomnia. Not recommended for children. If taking antidepressants, hepatotoxic medications, or MAO inhibitors, consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Possible side effects include mild gastrointestinal upset, anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, or hypomania. Individuals with bipolar disorder should use only under medical supervision. Prolonged use or persistent symptoms warrant consultation. Do not use if package is torn or open.
