Suggested Use: Blend, shake, or briskly stir 3 level scoops (~53 g) into 10–12 fl oz of chilled water once or twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Consume within 10 minutes. Take with meals and spaced away from other medications or supplements.
