Direction & Dosage

NOW 5-HTP 100mg 90 Chewable Tablets

Adult Dosage: Take 3 chewable tablets, 3 times daily, 30 minutes prior to a meal. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start dosing at 1 tablet, 2–3 times per day and slowly increase to effective dose over a 2 week period.
