How do I use omega-3 fish oils?
Ages 14 and up should take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of Nutrasea omega 3 fish oil daily. Children between 1-13 years old should take ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) of the fish oil daily.
Nutra Sea fish oil should be refrigerated and consumed within 100 days after opening.
