Take 10 ml (=1/2 measuring capful) in the morning and at midday before meals, pure or diluted in water or juice. Measuring cap provided. After opening, refrigerate and use it for 2 weeks. As this product contains no alcohol or preservatives, the bottle should be returned to the refrigerator after use.
