Having been able to try both the Gravity Water System and the Glass Water System from Santevia, I am leaning a bit more towards the latter for the relative ease of cleaning the materials afterwards, as well as the aesthetic appeal of the wooden enclosure (matching well with my decor at home). If you are looking for more versatility, the Gravity does offer a bit more customization - but the Glass Water System is not far behind, and I think in the long run it will offer a very premium presentation at an enticing price range.
Santevia Glass Water System
Overpriced for what one gets. I get it, it's glass, and there are nice rocks to make it more efficient and attractive. I think the upper tank should be glass as well, and even the filter. With a glass filter built in, you could just sell filtering substrates that would be installed by customers. Less waste/recycling, and the water isn't exposed to plastic. I know you use food grade plastic but I still don't trust it.
