SISU Teens Multi is a gluten-free and dairy-free chewable multivitamin for ages 9–18. It provides vitamins, minerals, B vitamins, zinc and Ester-C® to help bridge nutritional gaps during teen growth.

The amount of beta carotene is equivalent to 2,000 IU of beta carotene. Vitamin D3 amount is equivalent to 400 IU of vitamin D activity. The amount of vitamin E is equivalent to 20 IU of vitamin E activity.
Non-medicinal ingredients: D-fructose, citric acid, natural flavours (berry, raspberry, black raspberry, cherry), Stevia rebaudiana leaf, cherry fruit juice concentrate, dextrose, silicon dioxide, stearic acid (vegetable), magnesium stearate (vegetable), dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose.

Adolescent dosage (9–13 years): Chew 1 tablet per day or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Adolescent dosage (14–18 years): Chew 1 tablet 2 times per day or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Take with food.
