Children (2-4 years): 1 tsp (5 mL); Children (5-9 years): 1.5 tsp (7.5 mL or ½ tbsp); Children, adolescents, & adults (10 years & older): 3 tsp (15 mL or 1 tbsp). All doses should be taken 3 times daily, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
