Directions: Pour 240 mL of freshly boiled water over one tea bag in a cup. Cover the cup and steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Recommended Dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 4 to 6 times daily.
