For travel‑related jet lag, take at bedtime while adapting to a new time zone; for altered sleep schedule, take at bedtime in the dark. Recommended for short‑term, occasional use. For use beyond 4 weeks, consult a healthcare practitioner.
Cautions: Avoid use with alcohol, sedatives, or other sleep‑promoting agents. Do not drive or operate machinery for up to 5 hours after use.
