Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 4 tbsp. chia seeds
- 2 scoops Vanilla Milkshake All-in-One Shake
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- ⅓ cup roasted coconut flakes
- 1 egg (or vegan alternative)
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- ⅛ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, Vanilla Milkshake All-in-One Shake, baking powder, salt, and roasted coconut flakes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg, then add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and applesauce. Stir until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Let cool completely before cutting into 8 bars.
