Recommended Use: To improve concentration, reduce stress levels and calm nerves.

Quantity: 30 Vegetable Capsules

Dosages: Adults take 1 capsule twice daily with food or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Do not take before bedtime. Take this product a few hours before or after them, if you are taking other medications. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions and warnings: For adult use only. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking sulfonamides; if you have an autoimmune disorder; if you have diabetes; if you have a heart condition; if you are taking any heart or blood pressure medication; if you are taking antidepressant medication; or if you are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth-control pills.
