It's ok.

The chewable tablet is quite big with a grainy texture when you chew it. My 10 year old refuses to take it now so I have to crush it and mix it in a smoothie but I can't do it every day so I'll be looking for a different brand. I would still recommend this product but only if your kids aren't picky like mine. :)
