Black cumin (or Nigella sativa) is an herb that is grown in the Middle Eastern and Southern Asian regions of the world. The herb Black Cumin is a very potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant nutraceutical. Black cumin has long been used as a treatment for a variety of health issues in traditional healing and medicines. It is ideal for lowering LDL cholesterol, reducing inflammation, lowering blood pressure, reducing plaque formation, and reducing blood glucose.

Black cumin seeds contain several components that make it beneficial. Some of the bioactive properties include thymoquinone, saponins, alkaloids. Black cumin also has high levels of beneficial fatty acids including linoleic acid and oleic acid, making it ideal for maintaining good health.

Black cumin (Nigella) Sativa) seed oil 50% linoleic acid – 20% oleic acid 500 mg, also contains mixed tocopherol concentrate (from sunflower)

Direction & Dosage

NFH Black Cumin SAP 60 Softgels

Adults - Take 2 softgels three times daily, take with food, or as directed by a health-care practitioner. Take this product a few hours before or after taking other medications (specifically medications containing iron, zinc, calcium, or copper.) Use for a minimum of 2 weeks. Consult a health-care practitioner if using for more than 4 weeks. If symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use, and consult a health-care practitioner. Consult a health-care practitioner if you have hypotension or hypertension and/or are taking antihypertensive agents.
