Organic Traditions Amla Powder contains a high amount of vitamin A and a good source of vitamin C, potassium, calcium, and iron. There is 35% of your daily value of vitamin A, 15 mg of vitamin C, 50 mg of potassium, 10 mg of calcium, and 2 mg of iron per one and a half teaspoon.
It can be added into smoothies, tonics and juice for overall cleansing and detoxifying. It can also be used topically to promote healthy hair and skin.
