The Pranarom Frankincense Essential Oil is formulated with sustainably harvested dried sap from Boswellia sacra.

Frankincense is a translation of royal incense that exudes a fresh scent. In ancient times, the oil was normally used by royalties and herbalists, and in religion, the Frankincense sacra mean sacred.

The dwarfed trees are abundant in the Somali deserts. The oil is used to encourage calm and relaxation as well as relieve colds and cough. The oil can be used by direct palm inhalation and using a diffuser.

This can be used for skincare as well which helps improve fine lines and soothing blemishes. It can also help minimize the appearance of scar tissue. In addition, it can also relieve uncomfortable joints and muscles.

Recommended Use: Adults above 18 years old can use this for 4 different applications.

For topical local application, you can add 1 to 5 drops to 5ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and then apply to the affected area up to 3 times a day.

For body massage, you can add 5 to 15 drops to 10ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and then apply once a day.

For direct inhalation, you can add 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue or your hand occasionally up to 3 times a day.

For use in a diffuser, you can add 1 to 6 undiluted drops into an ultrasonic and atmospheric diffuser.

Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
