About Pranarom Peppermint Essential Oil - 10ml

The Pranarom Peppermint Essential Oil is formulated with a combination of Mentha aquatica and Mentha spicata that grows in cool, clay, and limy soils.

Peppermint is abundant in different uses and it comes in a minty, sweet, and cooling scent. It supports the respiratory system and mental focus. It can be diluted to lotions, oil, or salve that is ideal to relieve joints and muscle pains as well as bug bites and digestive disorders. This essential oil is also used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and coughs.

Recommended Use: Adults above 18 years old can use this for 2 different applications: local & direct inhalation.

For topical local application, you can add 1 to 5 drops to 5ml of neutral vegetable carrier oil and then applied to affected areas up to 3 times a day.

For body massage, you can add 5 to 15 drops to 10ml of neutral vegetable carrier oils and apply once a day.

For direct inhalation, you can apply 1 to 6 drops of undiluted essential oil to a tissue and inhale occasionally up to 3 times per day.

Storage: Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.

Cautions & Warnings: For occasional & external use only. In case of accidental ingestion and if symptoms persist, consult a health care practitioner right away. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have epilepsy, or if you are taking anticoagulant medications. Do not expose the applied areas to the sun for 24 or 48 hours.
